The Khanabad technical school of industry was created at Andijan State University on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 6, 2019 No. PF-5812 “On additional measures to further improve the vocational education system.”

The building of the Khanabad technical school of industry was built in 2000 through reconstruction. It was equipped using the state budget and a loan from the Asian Development Bank.

Khanabad technical school of industry began its activities in the 2020-2021 academic year.

Students of the following specialties were admitted to the technical school:

1. Computer engineering;

2. Ecology and environmental protection;

3. Food technology;

4. Accounting and auditing;

5. Power plants, networks and systems;

6. Maintenance and repair of vehicles;

7. Design and technology of light industry products.

250 students’ study in 7 specialties at the Khanabad College of Industry. They are taught by 7 teachers (1 general education, 6 special subject teachers) and 6 masters of industrial education. Of the masters of industrial education, 6 have higher education, 3 teachers work part-time.
