The department of "Internal control and monitoring" of Andijan State University was created in order to control the fulfillment of tasks determined by the national training program, the implementation of regulatory documents and guidelines in the educational process, as well as the timely execution of orders and decisions of the university. The department "internal control and monitoring" carries out its activities in accordance with the Regulations on the implementation of the National Program "Internal Inspection of Higher Education and Training", approved by order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2001 No. 207, the Charter of Andijan State University and position of the department. The department monitors the implementation of the National Program for Training Personnel at the University, monitors the implementation of educational, educational, methodological, spiritual, educational and educational, research, performing disciplines, advanced training and retraining of personnel, decisions of the jury and the academic council, orders of the ministry, agency and university, as well as regulatory documents in the field of education. does. The Department of Internal Control and Monitoring in its activities reports directly to the Rector.

The main tasks of the internal control and monitoring department:

• implementation at the university of monitoring the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on higher education, resolutions of the collegium, orders and other documents of the ministry, as well as internal orders and decisions of the university;

• organizing and conducting an internal inspection of the teaching and teaching staff of the university;

• implementation of control and monitoring of compliance with state educational standards and other regulatory documents that establish the necessary requirements for the quality of training and the high level of training of educators;

• providing practical and methodological assistance to branches, faculties, departments and other structural units on the implementation of educational standards at the university;

• preparation of analytical materials and proposals for reforming and improving the educational process for the governing bodies of the university;

• exercising control over the execution of orders for the university;

• providing practical and methodological assistance to departments to eliminate deficiencies identified on the basis of an analysis of the educational process at the university and its branches;

• participation in the implementation of rating methods for evaluating the activities of the teaching staff.

• presenting specific proposals to the management of the university to eliminate and solve shortcomings and problems.

• verification of compliance with educational standards and regulatory documents on education at the university and relevant educational institutions (branches, lyceums, etc.);

• participation in all activities of the council at the university and related educational institutions;

• request from branches, faculties, departments and other structural subdivisions the necessary documents on the activities of the educational institution for the performance of their duties and involve specialists in this matter;

• consideration of course projects (works), final qualifying works and master's theses, carrying out state attestations and all types of theoretical and practical classes;

• to create, in accordance with the established procedure, groups with the involvement of qualified faculty and staff of the university to study issues within its competence in the field.
