Appendix 2 to the Regulations on the procedure for conducting entrance tests for admission to undergraduate studies in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Instructions for applicants on exam day

The applicant must submit the relevant documents to the admissions committee and confirm that the information corresponding to the submitted documents is entered correctly into the applicant’s database. Appeals (complaints) of applicants after the end of admission will not be taken into account.
The applicant will take part in the tests on the date and time specified in the permit. During the tests, the applicant has the following rights:
-
using the question booklet as a draft;
-
completing test tasks ahead of schedule, then handing over test materials to the group leader in an orderly manner and leaving the room where the tests are being conducted.
On the day of the test, the applicant is allowed to enter the building until 07:00 (second shift at 13:00) and into the building until 07:30 (second shift at 13:30) only with the applicant’s ID and passport, as well as means of identification and video recording devices during an orderly passage through the portal, strict adherence to the testing rules, on the first shift from 07:30 to 08:00, as well as on the second shift from 14:30 to 15:00, he is obliged to perform the following work:

checking the correspondence of the book numbers of test tasks and the corresponding digital answer sheet;

check the absence of defects in the test materials and, if a defect is detected, immediately notify the group leader;
-
make sure that the answer sheet is filled out correctly;
-
write and sign your last name, first name, patronymic in the appropriate place indicated on the cover of the test book and on the answer sheet;
-
correctly copy the answer sheet number to the appropriate place on the applicant and title page and sign;
-
Copy the Special Code and School Code listed on the cover page to the location shown on the Answer Sheet and fill in the appropriate circles.

In addition to the above obligations, the applicant is personally responsible for the following:
-
fill out the answer sheet with a ballpoint pen and colored ink;
-
do not fold the answer sheet, write on the marker line, or fill in the circles under the answer sheet number;
-
fill out the answer sheet correctly, since this is the main document that determines the level of knowledge;
-
completing test tasks in the test task notebook before the end of the set time, coloring the corresponding circles on the answer sheet with the corresponding serial number and handing over the test task notebook and the corresponding answer sheet to the group leader.
Test tasks are created in accordance with the curriculum of general secondary and secondary specialized, general education subjects of vocational education.
Applicants take a test in one, two or three subjects, depending on the chosen field of study.
Each subject in the test book contains 30 test questions.
To complete test tasks (including filling out the answer sheet) 1 hour is allotted for 30 test questions, 2 hours for 60 test questions and 3 hours for 90 test questions.
For each test task there are 4 alternative answers (“A”, “B”, “C”, “D”).
The applicant is required to mark only one answer for each test task, and the answers considered correct in the book of test tasks are marked with one of the numerical circles in the appropriate order on the answer sheet (cannot be changed). answers marked on the answer sheet). If the rule “sample for grading” in the answer sheet is not followed, including if the corresponding circle is not filled in on the answer sheet for one test task, or two or more circles are filled in or incompletely filled, no points will be awarded. will be given for this test task.
Applicants are not allowed to leave the group during the tests, and applicants who drop out of the group are not allowed to retake the tests.
Except for leaving the supervised group without study materials in cases of adverse health effects.
In the following cases, the applicant will be excluded from the testing process and the results will not be published:

if, when entering the territory or building where tests are being carried out, he tries to carry with him a calculator, a dictionary, a table, a book, a mobile phone, a computer, telecommunication devices and other tools, sheets, bring them in or use them during the tests;
-
transfers testing materials to another applicant or helps him;
-
takes test materials out of the building, tears up a page of the test book if he refuses to hand over the test materials after the time allotted for testing has expired;
-
if it is determined that the applicant did not comply with the procedures and regulations through video surveillance during the tests.
