The Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Education organizes, coordinates and controls the spiritual and educational events held at the university, aimed at educating students in the spirit of boundless devotion to the ideas of national independence, love for the native land, faith in such a great and noble goal as building free and prosperous homeland, courage and dedication.

Department of work with Youth, Spirituality and Enlightenment:

- Ensures timely communication to the University staff of the adopted documents and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on issues of work with youth, spirituality and education and the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to them.

- Coordinates and controls the activities of the deputy deans of the faculties for work with youth and public councils.

- Organizes work on spiritual and moral education in student dormitories.

- Supervises the spiritual and educational life of the library.

- Creates sufficient conditions for the "information group".

- Develops proposals and recommendations for improving the activities of the Council of Mentors.

- Closely cooperates with the NGO “Union of Youth”, the Council of Women and various social movements and structures.

- Organizes circles, clubs and meetings for spiritual and educational purposes, coordinates and controls their activities.

- Provides wide participation of the university staff and students in mass university events, hashars (public work) and landscaping.
