Department of Technical Maintenance and Operations

Head of Department of Technical Maintenance and Operations
The Department of Technical Maintenance and Operations is a part of the Financial and Economic Department of the University and reports directly to the Vice-Rector. The department of economy includes the departments of improvement, heat supply and labor protection.
Responsibilities of the head of the economic department:
• General management of management personnel;
• Develop work plans and ensure their implementation;
• Manage the upkeep and maintenance of university buildings and the environment;
• supervise the maintenance and overhaul of buildings;
• Organize the equipping of educational, laboratory and dormitory buildings with educational and upholstered furniture.
• Control over the maintenance of equipment in the premises at the required level;
• Equipment inventory;
• control over the economical use of funds and resources allocated for economic activity;
• Organization of reception of guests and delegations visiting the University;
• Supervises landscaping and landscaping of the territory of the University;
• Organization of meetings, conferences and other events at the University;
• Fire safety indoors.
Must know:
• Internal regulations of the University, regulations, regulations, guidelines and regulations related to the conduct of work;
Qualification requirements:

Improvement department
The administration carries out instructions for cleaning, landscaping, removing various garbage, shaping trees, planting and caring for flowers, cleaning urns, growing greenhouses, mowing lawns, etc.
Heating department
Provides heat supply to all educational and student dormitories of the University through the central boiler house.
Employees of the heat supply department carry out maintenance and overhaul of the boiler. They ensure uninterrupted operation of heating batteries in educational buildings and student dormitories. Organizes repair of external heat transfer systems.
