The trade union committee of employees and students of Andijan State University unites 1,850 teachers and 16,142 students.

The trade union committee carries out its activities in accordance with the laws of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law on Trade Unions, adopted on December 6, 2019, and the decisions of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Work with members of the executive committee in accordance with the "collective agreement" concluded between the student trade union committee.

The most important aspect of the work of the trade union committee of employees and students is the protection of the social and legal interests of teachers and students.

The educational process at the university is directly related to spiritual and educational work. Provides financial assistance to teachers in need of social protection. Participates in the organization of cultural, educational and sports events, regularly provides participants with various souvenirs and books on art. Organizes anniversaries of members of the teaching staff of the university who have reached the age of 60, 70 and 80 years, and awards them with memorable gifts. He also maintains regular contacts with retirees who have worked for many years in various areas of the university.

During labor leave, he provides practical assistance to teachers, staff members and their families in obtaining referrals to sanatorium and resort institutions in Uzbekistan. Ensures compliance with all clauses of the collective agreement.
