Today, on July 22, entrance exams are being held at Andijan State University for visually impaired applicants applying for bachelor's degree programs for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The university has created all the necessary conditions for visually impaired applicants to take the entrance exams in equal and favorable conditions. Currently, 15 applicants are taking exams in 9 fields of study.

In order to ensure the transparency and fairness of the exams, employees of the anti-corruption "Compliance Control" system management department of Andijan State University are conducting constant monitoring. Also, a special waiting room has been organized for the parents of applicants in the first lecture hall of the university, where it is possible to directly observe the exam process through monitors installed in this hall.

It should be noted that, in accordance with the Regulation "On the Procedure for Admission of Students to Higher Educational Institutions," blind applicants are considered admitted to a higher educational institution if they receive a grade of at least "3" in each subject during the entrance exams. For this category of applicants, separate quotas have been allocated for admission on the basis of a state grant.
