According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 05.06.2018 No. PP-3775 “On additional measures to improve the quality of education in higher educational institutions and ensure their active participation in large-scale reforms carried out in the country”, foreign applicants are admitted to the bachelor`s program of Andijan State University outside the quota, for based on an interview without testing.

The contract for studying at Andijan State University is drawn up at the faculty after checking the submitted documents and is concluded for the entire period of study. The enrollment order is issued after the conclusion of the contract and payment of 50% of the cost of education for 1 year in the amount of 12,300,000 soums.

Issuance of visas, issuance of visa invitations and temporary registration for residence of foreign citizens is carried out on the basis of mutual agreement of higher educational institutions with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Visas for foreign citizens can be issued by the embassy or consulate of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the country of residence of the candidate.

The department of international cooperation of the university provides assistance to foreign students, guests of the university and foreign teachers in issuing invitations for obtaining visas.

For admission to Andijan State University, foreign citizens must provide the following documents:

• application addressed to the rector;

• copy of the passport;

• copy of latest visa and registration document, if any;

• the original document on education and its approved version of the translation into Russian;

• certificate of knowledge of a foreign language, if available (IELTS, TOEFL)

• photos 3x4, 8 pieces;
