International cooperation problem on Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan was elucidated master class. On March 27, 2018 in the small meeting hall of the university master class was held for the 1-2-3 year students of the faculty of Social economics, major of National ideology, spiritual aesthetics and juridical education.

DIRECTOR OF Retraining institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, candidate of juridical science, docent Mirzatilla Alisherovich Tillaboev conducted a lecture on “Juridical Guarantees of Human Rights”. The dean of the faculty U.K.Ubaydullaev, university legal counsel M.Sh.Sodikova, senior teachers of Department of National ideology, spiritual aesthetics and juridical education G.Egamberdiev, D.Usmonova, deputy dean  S.Ismoilov  took part In this measure.

In master class Information about history of development and appearance of ideas of Human rights, development of ideas of Human rights in the East, development of International and Human Rights, International Documents of Human Rights and their importance, International cooperation on Human Rights Of Uzbekistan and the activity of national Institutes protecting Human Rights to the students. 

Students learnt a lot about development and appearance of Human rights, teachings of Human rights of Eastern scholars, the importance of ideas of Human rights at the beginning of XXI century, the role and place of UNO in protecting Human rights, International Declaration of Human rights and its historical importance, the policy of supporting Human rights of Uzbekistan, cultural, social, economic, political, private rights of citizens, supporting the human rights and protecting mechanisms.

Lecture contained national institutes established in foreign countries, their specific features, the experiences of Switzerland, France, Great Britain and Russian Federation, International institute of Ombudsman, institute of Ombudsman of Europe, ombudsman on Human rights of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its legal level, plenary powers and activity.

It also included information about International Cooperation on Human rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, cooperation of Uzbekistan on Human rights with UNO in the sphere of human rights as one of the members with equal rights, development program of the UNO, memorandum between UNO and the Republic of Uzbekistan, memorandum between democratic institutes and Bureau of Human rights of OSCE and Uzbekistan, cooperation of Uzbekistan on Human rights with Foreign countries, the importance of the law “On fight against human trade”, actual problems of Human rights, abolition of capital punishment, bioethics, fight against international terrorism and racial discrimination.

Participants exchanged the questions at the end and students Sotvoldiev Faxriddin, Alimov Muqumjon, Abdurasulov Xolmuxammad, Pozilov Izzatillo got appropriate asnwers to their questions.
