A seminar-training was organized at Andijan State University within the framework of the project “Yoshstan: Empowering Youth-oriented Civil Society Organizations”, implemented with the financial support of the European Union in cooperation with the non-governmental non-profit organization “Hamroh” and the International Non-Profit Association Search for Common Ground.

The seminar began with a presentation on the project “Ask an Expert, Know Your Rights” presented by Shokhjakhon Tokhirov. Within the framework of this project, appeals from women and youth were studied, and it was proposed to analyze the most pressing problems through online questionnaires and prepare social videos highlighting problematic situations in society.

During the event, a training session on "Factors leading to oppression and domestic violence against women in society and measures to eliminate them" was held by university psychologist Otabek Mukhtarov, dedicated to effective methods for preventing violence and mechanisms for protecting human rights.

This event was one of the important steps aimed at increasing the legal literacy of young people, strengthening the social protection of women, and preventing violations in society.
