Currently, members of the "Renewable Energy Sources" educational and scientific laboratory of Andijan State University: Professor of the Department of Physics of Condensed Environments R. Aliyev, Head of the Department of Physics of Condensed Environments A. Kurbanov, and doctoral student A. Eraliyev are at the University of Evora, Portugal, within the framework of the "Erasmus+" program, in order to complete the tasks planned for this year and improve their skills.

During the meetings held within the framework of the business trip, issues such as project coordination and management, data collection and staff training, organization of laboratories and centers, and project promotion were considered.

The main goal of the project is to study the experience of European countries in renewable energy sources, in particular solar energy sources, to get acquainted with the curricula and to introduce existing effective practices in relevant higher education institutions of Uzbekistan.

Currently, a series of lectures and visits to engineering enterprises on solar energy sources by qualified professors and experienced specialists are planned.

For information, this project started on November 2, 2023, and 3 leading European universities and 7 universities in Uzbekistan are its members.
