As a result of the reforms specified in the "Conception of further deepening democratic reforms in our country and the development of civil society", it was possible to widely develop the system of non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs), systematically organize them and establish their activities. In order to improve and simplify certain organizational and legal mechanisms and procedures in legislation for non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs), the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution "On additional measures to support the development of civil society institutions".

Andijan State University has effectively established cooperation with non-governmental non-profit organizations and maintains regular contacts on practical organizational issues.

The team of Andijan State University regularly participates in “Open Day” events organized for representatives of non-governmental non-profit organizations in cooperation with the regional branch of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, the Andijan regional branch of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, National Association of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations of Uzbekistan (NANNOUz) and the non-governmental non-profit organization “Madad” Andijan Region.
