At Andijan State University, the startup projects "Initiating the packaging of freeze-dried and iron-enriched fruits and vegetables" and "Commencing the production of a portable charging station with high energy capacity" are currently being implemented. We will provide a brief overview of these projects below.

The market for sublimated products is rapidly growing. The main reason for this is that sublimated fruits and vegetables retain their beneficial properties and attractive appearance. Additionally, these products can be stored for a long time. Sublimated products are mainly grown in tropical climates. Therefore, tropical fruits play a major role in the market. Market analysis shows that our fruits such as apricots, mulberries, and melons have several advantages over others. Sublimated products made from our fruits are sold at higher prices compared to tropical fruits. Considering this, it is economically beneficial to produce sublimated products from fruits grown in Uzbekistan. The production process can be easily adapted to different fruits based on the season. Furthermore, purchasing fruits during the harvest season can be done at lower prices, which leads to even higher profitability from an economic perspective.

On the other hand, producing iron-coated products and delivering them to the population can help prevent various diseases commonly observed in people. Iron is considered a biogenic element that is absorbed by the human body from the external environment, assimilated by erythrocytes, and used for blood synthesis. Iron is included not only in hemoglobin, but also in several other important substances (myoglobin, cytochrome, cytochrome oxidase, peroxidase, catalase). Cooperation in the field of food has been established with the Republic of Uzbekistan, and it is planned to export the sublimation of fruits grown in our republic, specifically in the Fergana Valley, enriched with iron to countries that need dried, that is, sublimated fruits. In our country, due to the development of the population's lifestyle, the year-by-year increase in the volume of production, and the development of domestic ecotourism, the demand for electric energy, including portable charging stations that did not exist before, is increasing year by year. There are currently no enterprises producing such devices in Uzbekistan. Taking this into account, a project called "Starting the production of a portable charging station with high energy capacity" was proposed. The main goal of this business project is to launch the production of a product of its kind that did not exist in the territory of our country before. The proposed device can be powered by both solar panels and mains electricity. It can be used for lighting, charging various electronic devices (telephones, laptops), operating terminals, cash registers, surveillance cameras in sales and service branches, in case of interruptions in the power supply from the mains power supply, assemble the device The work, the production of some of its components was launched at Andiion State University. The export potential of this product is very high due to the fact that there is a need for such devices from neighboring countries and there is no production. Taking this into account, solar panels based on LiFePO batteries in order to meet the demand for uninterrupted electricity of the population and small service and commercial establishments in periods of high demand for electricity in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (autumn-winter season) production of portable charging stations with high energy capacity that can be charged through In addition to the startup projects, there is also Incubation and Acceleration Center in Andijan State University. The center aims to create favorable conditions for innovative activities at the university. Its main tasks include:
