In addition to students, Andijan State University organizes various courses and seminars for citizens, students of senior classes and technical schools, and workers in various fields.

Senior specialists of the university visit various organizations of the Andijan region (internal affairs agencies, the national guard, the prosecutor's office, regional and district khokims, orphanages) and conduct seminars on various topics. Every Saturday, professors and teachers of the Department of Social Sciences go to the internal affairs bodies and conduct spirituality lessons. If we count such seminars during the year, then their number is more than 400.

For 856 graduates of 53 vocational schools in the Andijan region, short-term computer literacy courses were organized, the graduates of which received certificates. More than a thousand young people from the region were trained at the university as part of the Million Programmers project, and they were also awarded certificates. More than 10 training seminars were organized in the National Library of Andijan region during the year with the participation of students and teachers.

Senior lecturers of the university visited 8 secondary schools in Andijan and delivered lectures on advanced training for 89 school teachers.
