As part of the implementation of the state youth program, as well as the appeals received by the governor of Andijan region, material and moral support is provided for students of Andijan State University who need social protection. In particular, 4 university graduates who lost their parents were allocated 25 million 725 thousand soums for a total of 102 million 900 thousand soums. 56 students studying on a contract basis and included in the "Iron Book", "Women's Book" and "Youth Book" were paid 50% of the contract amount. For this, extra-budgetary funds of the university were allocated for a total of 188 million 319 thousand soums. From extrabudgetary funds of the university, 3 million 874 thousand soums were also allocated to 14 young people who were at the reception of the governor of Andijan region with a request for financial assistance, for a total of 54 million 325 thousand soums.

In order to support creative groups, such as the musical ensemble "Nihol", the FRC team "UNIVERSAL" was allocated 13 million 475 thousand soums, the intellectual club "Universal" - 14 million 700 thousand soums. Funds in the amount of 1 million 495 thousand soums and a total of 62 million 723 thousand soums were distributed to 42 students who actively participated in campaign events.

6 students received financial incentives from 2 million 700 thousand to 16 million 200 thousand soums each for participating in the republican Olympiad and taking 1st place in the republican tour “What? Where? When?" at the "Student and Youth Forum" by decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the slogan "Let's unite the youth of New Uzbekistan", dedicated to "June 30 - Youth Day".

Based on the letter No. 06 dated March 10, 2021 of the FRC Association of Uzbekistan, 11 students of the UNIVERSAL University team were awarded cash for participating in the quarterfinal stage. 1 million 350 thousand soums for each. In total, 14 million 850 thousand soums were allocated.

On the occasion of Student's Day on November 17, 11,350 students studying on a paid basis were paid 200 thousand soums for a total of 2 billion 270 million soums. Each of the 2302 students studying on the basis of a full-time grant was paid a scholarship in the amount of 400 thousand soums for a total of 920 million 800 thousand soums.

350 students who actively participated in events held at the regional and university levels were encouraged from 270 thousand soums for a total of 94 million 500 thousand soums.

In general, during the 2020-2021 academic year, the university allocated funds in the amount of 3 billion 752 million 754 thousand soums to support talented and needy students.

At the university, work in this area will be carried out on an even larger scale in the 2022-2023 academic year.
