A Volunteer Center has been developed by Andijan State University with the goal of interacting with the community and educating people about the vital significance of sustainable development such as, clean energy and energy efficiency. The center wants to inform the public about sustainable energy use by promoting the use of renewable energy sources and identifying ways to cut energy use through a variety of outreach programs. By encouraging these crucial behaviors, the Volunteer Center hopes to empower the community to contribute to larger sustainability objectives and lessen ecological footprints, in addition to cultivating a culture of environmental responsibility.

On April 14, 2023 the opening ceremony of the "Volunteer Center" organized under the primary organization of the Youth Union was held at Andijan State University.

The solemn event was opened by the leader of the primary organization of the Youth Union, O.Olimdzhanov. Then, the responsible employee of the Andijan Youth Affairs Agency, U. Kabiljanov, the head of the Department of organization of Scientific and research activity of gifted students, J. Nizomov, spoke and expressed their suggestions and wishes in connection with the opening of the "Volunteer Center".
