Government regulations pertaining to renewable energy and energy-efficient technology are adhered to and supported by Andijan State University. Such as, Presidential Decree No. PP-4422 On accelerated measures for the improvement of energy efficiency in economic sectors and social sphere, introduction of energy saving technologies and development of renewable energy sources.

On December 9, 2023 First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Komiljon Karimov also visited Andijan State University as part of a working trip to the Andijan region. He toured the laboratory of renewable energy sources, classrooms and other premises of the educational institution, and also talked with the teaching staff, doctoral students and masters. During the visit, the material and technical base of the educational laboratory and the conditions created for students were studied.

During the conversation with vice-rectors, deans of faculties, professors, heads of departments, an exchange of views took place on raising the educational process and the quality of education at the university to a new level.
