Beyond campus, Andijan State University encourages a public commitment to 100% renewable energy. On February 4, 2023 Andijan State University held meeting attended by Shuhratbek Abdurakhmonov, the regional governor, district and city experts, field scientists, and trained specialists working on renewable energy source research.

The visitors began by touring the university's labs for semiconductor technology and renewable energy sources. They were shown innovative displays at the university's main building, such as a mobile solar panel, a mini solar photovoltaic station, a mini hydropower station, and a solar panel.
