On the basis of cooperation agreements with regional law enforcement officers, staff members of the regional Justice Department, the regional Department of Public Education, and members of the military unit based in Andijan city, professors and instructors at Andijan State University regularly conduct educational programs aimed at increasing knowledge and awareness. These seminars specifically examine Uzbekistan's recent advancements and intricate worldwide dynamics. Based on the idea of "For the Dignity of Man," they highlight the most important reforms that will improve the welfare of the populace by restructuring economic sectors, fostering entrepreneurship quickly, protecting human rights and interests, and creating a vibrant civil society. In order to apprise district and city mayors, deputy mayors, general education school directors, and mahalla (community) leaders of the contents and importance of Presidential Decree PF-60, issued January 28, 2022, on the "Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022–2026," seminars were conducted.
