Andijan State University created and authorized a plan of action in 2023 to improve the efficacy of youth concerns and spiritual enlightenment initiatives. The main goals of the spiritual enlightenment activities that take place during the school year are to create a healthy social and spiritual environment, raise a generation that is morally and physically mature, instill in the minds of the youth the values of peace, tranquility, creativity, and construction that our government promotes, and use contemporary information and pedagogical technologies to teach students to love their country and its values. The development of young people who can think for themselves, respect national and universal values, have strong personal views, and fend against negative influences from beyond our national mentality
The university organized several events to instill a sense of patriotism and thankfulness in the students, introduce them to the construction accomplishments made possible by independence, and inform them of the substantial progress made in the areas of socioeconomics, politics, law, education, and spirituality, as well as the opportunities and conditions made available to them. To instill the values of independence in the minds and hearts of the younger generation, practical measures were also implemented.
Andijan State University students produced outstanding outcomes on both Asian and worldwide stages during 2023. In particular, 129 students received awards in national sporting events, and 79 students received awards in foreign contests.
The university's Information Resource Center (IRC) created the "Five Important Initiatives" center to encourage a healthy lifestyle, improve students' spiritual outlook, and pique their interest in literature, art, and reading. The Youth Union's main organization and the center's activists planned more than 14 sporting events and spiritual-enlightening activities during the school year. In addition, they held 36 review contests, 27 roundtable talks, and social campaigns in student residence halls, all of which included industry experts. A karaoke room has been established in Dormitory No. 1 and other designated areas have been established in each of the five major initiatives, complete with the required materials and technical resources. A "Student Theater Studio," a "Humorous and Witty Club," and a musical group called "Dutorchi Girls" made up of music department students as well as the "Nihol" symphony orchestra have been formed by each faculty member under the first initiative.
The university created and registered the "ASU" sports club as part of the second initiative. Additionally, a brand-new miniature football stadium has been built and put into service. For both men and women, the sports club hosts tournaments for the "Rector’s Cup" and university titles in mini-football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, chess, and table tennis.
Under the direction of the university's press secretary, a "Blogging Skills" circle has been formed as part of the third initiative, bringing together more than 15 students from each faculty who blog. Faculty participated in film competitions with themes such as "The Brave Defend the Homeland," "Great Scholars," and "Women Make the World Brighter" between January and March. Master classes are held in each faculty to improve the activities of the "Internet Literacy" and "Computer Literacy" clubs that were founded at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. To aid in the growth of this club, four computer rooms with fifty-five internet-connected PCs have been set aside.
Every faculty has an inexpensive book fair every three months as part of the fourth initiative. Two student reading clubs have been formed by the university, which also frequently hosts literary evenings, poetry readings, and gatherings with authors and poets.
The university offered sewing, curtain-making, and embroidery classes in the residence halls as part of the fifth initiative, with 35 to 40 female students enrolled in each class. Thirty-five trips to textile manufacturers and vocational institutions were organized to stimulate interest in sewing, national handicrafts, and other occupations. In addition, 45 mahalla (neighborhood) events connected to the institution hosted "Family School" training sessions for female scholars.
