Andijan State University has nine facilities including 1 open field, 3 gyms, a swimming pool, football arena, and 1 wrestling room, 1 volleyball court and 1 basketball court build with modern standards. There are 14 sports clubs operating at these sport facilities and regularly organize sport competition with other education institutions’ sport teams as well as local community.

In 2023 year Andijan State University held marathon running events "For a Healthy Life", sports competitions  "Rector's Cup", "Student League" and "Five Initiatives" in which community schools as well as general populace participated.

Moreover, a certain training has been established for students to use the sports facilities available. at the university in their free time. There will be a general break and cleaning work between 6:00 and 18:00. The indoor futsal field will be closed from 20:00, because it is close to a residential area.
