Andijan State University established cooperation with Andijan region Narcological dispensary and Regional Commission for Drug Control under the government of Andijan region on “prevention of drug addiction among student-youth” and “fight against the spread of drugs among youth”.

On September 18, 2023, experts from the regional AIDS Prevention Center hosted a round-table discussion for Andijan State University's Faculty of Philology students called "Youth Against AIDS."

Gulbahor Isaqova and Ikromjon O'ktamjonov, physicians from the area AIDS Prevention Center, spoke at the gathering and discussed the serious repercussions of AIDS, the prevention of HIV/AIDS infection, and the significance of enhancing sanitary and hygiene culture. In order to shield young people from a variety of negative influences, they underlined the necessity of first fostering ideological immunity in them.
