A Women's Advisory council for working with employees and students, university psychologist Otabek Mukhtorov of Andijan State University with the support university administration carried out these actions to provide moral and spiritual support to female workers and students:

• The first meeting of the "Kizlarjon" club on organizational issues for the new academic year was held on the implementation of paragraphs 3 and 21 of the action plan "Further acceleration and systematic implementation of support work for girls" for the purpose of increasing the social activity of minors, especially girls, and ensure meaningful spending of their free time, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by the leadership of the chairman of the women's advisory council of the University on October 6, 2023.

• A feedback system has been launched to prevent harassment and violence against women: @himoya_adu_bot. The control of the appeals received by the Telegram bot is held by the rector of the university, and the review consists of representatives of the university's psychologist, lawyer, public council, advisory council on issues of equal rights and opportunities for women and men, women's council, staff and student union committee. a working group was formed and its activities were launched.

• The Women's Council held a seminar-training session at our university on November 23, 2023, in observance of the "International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women," with the theme "We are against violence!" "Harassment, pressure, and violence against women and how to protect oneself from them" was the main topic of the workshop.

• As part of "Constitution Week," women activists from the Asaka district participated in a seminar session on December 5, 2023, in the main assembly hall of Andijan State University that focused on the fundamentals of Uzbekistan's laws as well as the substance of presidential decrees and resolutions. The Department of Civil Society Theory's professors and instructors gave a seminar on the main points of the President's directives on "Measures to Improve the System of Working with Families and Women, and Supporting Communities and Elders," as well as the resolution on "Further Improving the System for Studying and Resolving Women's Issues."

• On March 3, 2023 in celebration of "International Women's Day," female students competed against teachers in table tennis and volleyball for the prize of ADU's Women's Committee.

• Of the students enrolled at the university in 2023, 64.9% were female. Several clubs were set up for female students living in student dormitories and rented apartments to ensure their leisure time is used effectively, educate them on crafts and home skills, and give them extra work opportunities. These clubs cover weaving, national handicrafts, sewing, and culinary arts. Regular student fairs and exhibitions feature the artistic creations of female students living in dorms.

• Thirty-five visits to textile sewing facilities and vocational institutes were did to encourage female students' interest in national crafts, sewing, and other occupations. Additionally, female scholars led "Family School" training sessions at 45 local citizens' assemblies connected to the institution.

• In order to give female students something worthwhile to do in their spare time, a psychological training session was held in the university's third dormitory on March 9, 2023. Additionally, on the first floor of the 2nd building of the student dormitory of Zahiriddin

Muhammad Babur Andijan State University «Medical Faculty» was created to provide medical and reproductive services to students. In this «Medical Center» an experienced doctor and three nurses work.

The employees of this «Medical Clinic» provide emergency medical assistance to professors, teachers, workers and students who have health problems during their work. It also provides emergency medical care to students living in student dormitories.
