In order to promote a healthy lifestyle and organize the active participation of
students in sports and recreational activities, Andijan State University held marathon running events "For a Healthy Life", sports competitions  "Rector's Cup", "Student League" and "Five Initiatives" in 2023 year.

3 specialized departments at the Faculty of Physical Culture of the University operated to teach and achieve well-being among students as well as staff members.

Including:
1. The Department of Health and Methods of Physical Education

2. The inter-faculty department of Physical Culture and Sports

3. Department of Safety and Physiology of Human Activities.

Andijan State University has nine facilities to host these sporting events. These
include 1 open field, 3 gyms, a swimming pool, a football arena, and 1 wrestling
room, 1 volleyball court and 1 basketball court. There are 14 sports clubs operating at these sport facilities. The sports club "ASU" was created at Andijan State University and more than 4000 students are members of the ASU sports club.

The ASU sports club has private sports sections for basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, table tennis, chess, athletics, gymnastics, athletics, and wrestling. More than 1600 students participate in these clubs. A sport section for basketball, a sport section for volleyball, and a sport section the football have been created. The basketball and The volleyball team of Andijan State University participates in the Major League called "ASU".

A certain training has been established for students to use the sports facilities available. at the university in their free time. There will be a general break and cleaning work between 6:00 and 18:00. The indoor futsal field will be closed from 20:00, because it is close to a residential area.

Doctors of the "Medical Center" established at Andijan State University regularly conducted propaganda events on the topics "Healthy lifestyle", "AIDS and the negative consequences of drug addiction" at each section of the difficulty according to the schedule.   Each meeting is attended by industry professionals, promotional materials, flyers, booklets, and promotional videos are demonstrated.
