In 2023, Andijan State University took these necessary measurements and gave assistance in order to achieve food security and sustainable agriculture:

• Appropriate assistance was provided to increase the productivity of crops grown for food, resistance to various pathogenic factors, and drugs providing plant productivity and resistance to pathogens were recommended to local farmers and food producers. For example, Fakhriddin Ismailov, the head of the "Baxt imkon rivoj chorvasi" farm, which operates in the Altinkol and Bo'ston districts, and Abdullayev Begizodbek, the head of the limited liability company "AgroAsiaCluster", under their leadership, gave livestock and food production in the cultivated fields.

• Held meetings between the managers of the farms operating in the Andijan region and the scientific staff of the university, the problems encountered in the activities of the farms today were determined. Negotiations were held on these problems with the involvement of scientists and specialists of the relevant field. A solution to the problems identified during the negotiations was developed, and measures were taken to eliminate them.

• Organized events for local farmers, and food producers in the Andijan region that unite seasoned experts and enthusiastic learners as well as students of the faculty of natural sciences, chemistry, and food technology. These events provided a forum for networking, information exchange, and practical experience. In addition to seasoned producers connecting with the next generation of talent, students got vital insights into sustainable agricultural and food production processes through expert-led workshops, collaborative sessions, and interactive demonstrations.

• Established systematic monitoring and took necessary measures to ensure that the prices of food and essential products do not increase without reason during periods of sharp fluctuations.

• tracked the dynamics of changes in prices for main types of goods (products), analyzing the factors influencing their fluctuation and the reason for their occurrence.
