The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan article 43.

Following the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan Andijan State University took part in several meetings and also organized seminars to set necessary tasks and programs to end poverty in all its dimensions:

• Talantbek Madumarov, dean of the Faculty of Socio-Economics, led a meeting on December 6, 2023, in Andijan State University's student residence No. 2 as part of "Constitution Week" with the motto, "The Constitution is the basis of a people-oriented state, stable development, and a prosperous life!"

• A republican scientific conference on the topic of "Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the source of development of the state and society" was held on December 6th, in conjunction with representatives from the Andijan Regional Justice Department, the Regional Prosecutor's Office, and the regional Department of Internal Affairs, as part of "Constitution Week." Additionally, a practical conference was held on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Andijan State University Constitution.
