Resolution No. 417 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 2, 2018 approved by "Regulation on the procedure for admission of persons with disabilities to higher education institutions based on additional state grant quotas".

Decree No. PQ-4319 of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 14, 2019 "Regulation on the procedure for admission of persons with disabilities to higher education institutions based on additional state grant quotas".

Decree No. PQ-4296 of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated Aprel 22, 2019 “On additional measures to further strengthen guarantees of children's rights”.

Order No. 402 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 23, 2020 “On the approval of the regulation on the procedure for issuing recommendations for women to participate in the competition and organizing their admission to higher education institutions within the framework of additional state grant quotas".

Decree No. PQ-5216 of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 9, 2021 "On measures to introduce a new system of state support for orphans and children deprived of parental care”.

Decree No. PQ-5020 of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 5, 2021 "On measures to further improve the system of supporting women and ensuring their active participation in society".
Andijan State University follows the government policies and orders. As of 2022 – 2023 academic year, 1783 students were admitted to Andijan State University. Among them 1722 Full-time students, 61 Master’s degree students. 39 students were admitted following the above mentioned decrees as well as university target admitting students who came from low income families and need social protection.
