The Business Incubation and Acceleration Center established at Andijan State University was established in 2022. The center's activities are based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, legal documents, the charter and regulations of Andijan State University, and the business approved by the Rector of Andijan State University following the regulations of the incubation and acceleration center.

Currently, room 301 of the information center is allocated to the center, where 10 study tables and chairs, 1 conference table, 1 interactive panel, and 15 computers are allocated.
In the center, professors, teachers, doctoral students, and masters are also supported in the implementation of their projects and startups.

Among the members of the center are Moydinjanov Ikromjon, a student of information technologies and computer engineering, and Robiya, a student of mathematics and informatics, at the Republican stage of the competition "Mirzo Ulugbek's Successors" at the Tashkent State University of Economics on May 21-24 2023. The Tokhtayevas took part and were awarded with a certificate and cash prize.

Also, together with the Andijan Youth Techno Park, continuous seminar-training sessions are being organized among the students of the Andijan State University.
