The solemn event was opened by the leader of the primary organization of the Youth Union, O.Olimdzhanov. Then, the responsible employee of the Andijan Youth Affairs Agency, U. Kabiljanov, the head of the Department of organization of Scientific and research activity of gifted students, J. Nizomov, spoke and expressed their suggestions and wishes in connection with the opening of the "Volunteer Center".
The coordinator of the volunteer center, Mohlaroy Ummataliyeva, informed the participants of the event about volunteering.
