As of 2023 Andijan State University established collaboration with over 50 international institutions to develop international best practice on education, research and other SDGs.

Reviewing the Airlangga University’s research and development on topic “The Urgency of Digitalizing Poverty Data in Tuban Regency” and the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to create “1 Central Asian University of Environment and Climate Change technical school will be established in each region” in which the training of 500 bachelors and masters in the areas of ecology, sustainable management, environmental economics, environmental law, ecological innovation and digitization was specially noted. Following them Andijan State University initiated Start-up competition to promote digitization of data useful to everyone and later use in analysis. Among many submitted projects winners were chosen and financed.
