To ensure the implementation of Resolution No. 24 of January 12, 2018, and the corresponding order of 2023 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to create effective mechanisms for the application of scientific and innovative development and technologies to production", today, April 26, Andijan State University an international scientific-practical online conference on the topic "Third renaissance and innovative processes in Uzbekistan" was held in the small meeting hall.

Professor of the Department of Physics, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan S. Zaynabiddinov, president of the Academy of Folk Medicine, an inventor who served in Uzbekistan I. Askarov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations I. Karimzhanov, professor of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Natural Sciences - teachers and students participated.

All the lectures put on the agenda by the speakers during the conference, including the prospects for the production of electronic devices based on metal oxides, the chemistry of goods created in Uzbekistan and the sciences of folk medicine, as well as their role in the development of world science, "Tohfat-ul-Khani" by Muhammadvafoi Karminaghi ” about the new edition of the book and the impact of hydrological factors on the ecological situation of the Aral Sea and the Aral Sea.

Moreover, As a result of the reforms specified in the "Conception of further deepening democratic reforms in our country and the development of civil society", it was possible to widely develop the system of non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs), systematically organize them and establish their activities. In order to improve and simplify certain organizational and legal mechanisms and procedures in legislation for non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs), the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution "On additional measures to support the development of civil society institutions".

Andijan State University has effectively established cooperation with non-governmental non-profit organizations and maintains regular contacts on practical organizational issues.

The team of Andijan State University regularly participates in “Open Day” events organized for representatives of non-governmental non-profit organizations in cooperation with the regional branch of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, the Andijan regional branch of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, National Association of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations of Uzbekistan (NANNOUz).
