6. To a student who has won within the framework of republican and university competitions;
7. To a student who received a state award;
8. To the student (leader) who won the start-up project competition;
9. To a student who actively participates in public affairs, following the university's procedures;
10. To a student who is a member of the winning team in the national contests of "Zakovat", "QVZ", "Theatre Studio" and other intellectual games.

1. Up to ten times the amount of the basic scholarship to students who won the International Science Olympiad;
2. Up to eight times the amount of the basic scholarship to students who won the Republican Science Olympiad;
3. Up to ten times the amount of the basic scholarship for students who won an international sports competition;
4. Up to eight times the amount of the basic scholarship for students who won a national sports competition;
5. Up to five times the amount of the basic stipend for students with special abilities and talents, active in public affairs, as well as in need of social protection (illness or death of family members, need of social protection, family included in the "Iron Notebook" list in the area of ​​residence);
6. Up to three times the amount of the basic scholarship to students who have won within the framework of republican and university competitions;
7. Up to ten times the amount of the basic stipend for students who received a state award;
8. Up to ten times the amount of the basic scholarship to students (leaders) who won the start-up project competition;
9. Up to four times the amount of the basic stipend to students who actively participate in public works, following the rules of the university;
10. It is recommended to give financial incentives up to three times the amount of the basic scholarship to the students who are members of the team that won in "Zakovat", "QVZ", "Teatr Studio" and other intellectual games, national contests, and the order of the rector of the university should be developed based on the conclusion of the working group.
