On January 29, 2018, at the Faculty of Physical Culture of Andijan State University, for celebrating the 80th anniversary of Islam Abduganievich Karimov, the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, among the faculties of the university, "athletics", "working with horizontal bar" and "table tennis" competitions were organized.

The pro-rector on spiritual and educational work A.Hamrakulov and the dean of the faculty B.Nosirov  spoke to the deans' assistants and the participating students about the work of Islam Karimov, the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who built his life for the sake of the peace and prosperity of our people.

After that, Q.Mamadaliev, the dean’s assistant on spiritual and educational work, familiarized with the charter of competition, rules of procedure and jury. The students took part in the competition, using their full potential. At the end of the competition the winners were awarded with valuable gifts from the University Trade Union and the Youth Union.

We, on behalf of the Faculty of Physical Culture, are grateful to the University Trade Union for supporting and organizing the tournament, as well as the University Youth Union and the leaders of this organization at the faculties.
