Today, October 20, in order to increase students' interest in reading books, raise their level of artistic literacy, and educate them in the spirit of patriotism and involvement in the future of our country, a large literary festival - a creative meeting was organized with the participation of writers and student youth within the framework of the "Sharing Enlightenment" project.

The event was opened by the rector of the university, Bakhtiyorjon Akbaraliyev, who emphasized in his speech that such meetings are important for the formation of national pride, spiritual maturity, and creative thinking in the younger generation.

At the meeting, which was held in an open and sincere atmosphere, members of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, worthy representatives of our literature - poets and writers Usmon Azim, Shukhrat Arif and Dadakhon Mukhammadiev - told the students in detail about their exemplary, but also difficult and meaningful life path, rich creative activity, poetry collections, translations, and attitude towards literature.

Also, during the meeting, professors and teachers of the Faculty of Philology spoke and spoke in detail about the scientific and pedagogical work being carried out in the direction of forming a reading culture in the minds of students, expanding their literary and aesthetic worldview, and developing artistic thinking.

During the artistic evening, stage performances were presented, enriched with students' thoughts, creative works, poems, and statements. At the end of the event, commemorative gifts were solemnly presented to literary figures on behalf of the university rector.
