South Korean delegation visited Andijan State University: cooperation, opportunities and new prospects

Consistent and comprehensive work is being carried out at Andijan State University in the direction of international cooperation. Today, the university is strengthening mutually beneficial ties with prestigious foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers, and international organizations, implementing effective initiatives to improve the quality of education, enhance scientific potential, and create new opportunities for professors, teachers, and students.

In this regard, today, on October 15, Gu Min, Director of International Exchange at NAMBU University of South Korea, Kim Nam Yoon, Director General of HANBIJA, Ho Geun-Hwan, Director of KOICA, and Kim Dong Soon, CEO of Mku.Soft, paid a visit to Andijan State University for student exchange, implementation of joint educational programs and research projects, as well as establishing bilateral cooperation.

At the meeting held within the framework of the visit, the rector of the university Bakhtiyorjon Akbaraliyev informed the guests in detail about the activities of Andijan State University, educational directions and ongoing work on international cooperation. The head of the university also put forward a number of proposals for developing cooperation with NAMBU University.

In turn, the Vice-Rector for International Relations of NAMBU University, Gu Ming, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and noted that all the necessary conditions for the development of bilateral cooperation are in place. Following the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Andijan State University and NAMBU University, which became an important step towards bringing cooperation to a practical level.

During the visit, representatives of the delegation also held a meeting with students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics and Computer Engineering. At the event, students were provided with detailed information about the existing opportunities for studying in Korea, participating in student exchange programs, and gaining international academic experience. It was also emphasized that the doors to study at Korean universities are wide open for talented and knowledge-seeking youth.
