Today, on October 15, the Rector of Andijan State University Bakhtiyorjon Akbaraliyev met with graduating students of the Faculty of History and Social Sciences and held an open dialogue.
At the beginning of the meeting, the rector once again emphasized that in order to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of students in the 2025/2026 academic year, develop their professional and creative abilities, as well as ensure that they acquire the necessary practical skills and abilities to apply modern techniques and technologies in their chosen fields of study, and most importantly, to form them as competitive specialists, a dual education system has been organized for third and fourth-year students of Andijan State University.
Currently, knowledge and skills in the chosen field are insufficient to become a competitive specialist in the modern labor market. The need to learn foreign languages and be able to effectively use modern information technologies was also emphasized.
Information was provided about the availability of free training courses at the university to teach students foreign languages and the use of information technologies. After that, the graduating students exchanged views on the experience gained in the dual education system. In addition, issues of assistance from the university administration and the regional administration to senior students who want to get a job in their specialty were discussed.
During the open dialogue, the head of the university listened to the problems and proposals of graduates arising in the process of employment and dual education, expressed his constant support for them, and gave appropriate instructions to the responsible persons to eliminate the problems raised.
