Today, on September 27, the 2nd meeting of Council for the 2025/2026 academic year was held in the large conference hall of Andijan State University under the chairmanship of the rector of the university, Bakhtiyorjon Akbaraliyev.

First, the rector of the university acquainted the Council members with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the President, as well as orders of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. Responsible officials were also tasked with regularly informing collectives about innovations in current legislation and regulatory legal documents.

Following this, the agenda items were reviewed. In particular, the organization of “Dedication to Student Life” events at Andijan State University, providing students with housing, the work carried out on clubs operating in student dormitories, and the formation of educational and regulatory documents for the new academic year at the departments were discussed.

Also, the Department of Education Quality Control made additional changes to the KPI criteria and approved the composition of the working group, and the reports submitted by the registrar's office on the results of the 2024-2025 academic year and the preparation processes for the 2025-2026 academic year were heard, thoroughly discussed by the council members, and appropriate recommendations were given.

At the end of the meeting, the questions, proposals, and comments of the Council members were discussed in detail. Based on these ideas, promising measures aimed at further improving the university's activities, developing the educational process, and raising the upbringing and spirituality of young people were identified.
