Today, on September 3, a festive event was held at Andijan State University on the occasion of the beginning of the 2025/2026 academic year under the motto “For the Motherland, for the Nation, for the People”.

The ceremony was attended by the leadership of Andijan State University, faculty, students, and their parents. More than 5 thousand participants took part in the event, which was held in a festive spirit.

At the beginning of the event, the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was played. After the sounds of the anthem, the Deputy Hokim of the region, Ilkhomjon Sobirov, and university professors spoke and sincerely congratulated the students on the beginning of the new academic year and called on them to be active, inquisitive, and responsible in their studies.

During the event, talented young people performed beautiful songs and melodies celebrating loyalty and love for the Motherland. At the end of the ceremony, graduates of this year solemnly presented the symbolic keys of the university to newly admitted students.
