Department for Youth Affairs, Moral and Educational Development
The Department for Youth Affairs, Moral and Educational Development of the university implements long-term and large-scale spiritual and moral education efforts. Its primary goal is to promote respect for human rights and dignity, and to cultivate well rounded, physically healthy, intellectually mature, broad-minded, and independently thinking youth. This achieved through the promotion of democratic principles based on national and universal values among the university community, especially students.
The department operates in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Decrees, Resolutions, and Directives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education. Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the university’s charter, internal regulations, and code of ethics.
The main objective of the Department for Youth Affairs, Moral and Educational Development is to nurture students in the spirit of loyalty to national and universal values, to broaden their moral, aesthetic, and ethical worldview, to protect their minds from the influence of alien ideologies, and to raise them as true devoted patriots and citizens of independent Uzbekistan.
