Tasks of the Department of Scientific Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel: 

• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation at faculties, departments, departments of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Education, decrees, orders, presidential decrees, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board, orders, instructions, modem messages and telephone messages of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as orders of the rector;
• General management of all activities and personnel of the department;
• Drawing up work plans for the department and ensuring their implementation;
• Coordination of the activities of the responsible parts of the educational institution in accordance with the goals of the department;
• Bringing to students the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Conclusion and implementation of cooperation agreements between an educational institution and an enterprise, organization, private enterprises and firms in the interests of the direction.

The main tasks and activities of the division for the commercialization of scientific and innovative developments:

• systematic analysis of the market and study of demand for innovative products (works, services), assessment of payback periods, profitability and risks associated with the commercialization of innovative products;
• selection of promising projects for development that have high commercial potential and are ready for implementation;
• attraction of investors, partners and other interested parties for the implementation of innovative projects;
• interaction with industrial enterprises in order to introduce new technologies and produce innovative products.
