Based on the protocol No. 34 of the meeting on the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Andijan region on May 21-22, 2020, the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Engineering was organized in the Jalakuduk district. Ph.D. was appointed to the position of the dean of the faculty A.A. Medatov. The faculty includes departments of information technology and computer engineering.
EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
At the faculty, students are currently being trained in educational areas that meet the requirements of the time: 5110700 - Methods of teaching computer science, 5130100 - Applied mathematics, 5110100 - Mathematics and computer science, 5111000 - “Professional education (Computer science and information technology)”, 5330501 - “Computer engineering: computer engineering”, 5330502 – Computer engineering (AT-Servis). In addition, there is also a master's program in the specialty 5A110701 - Information Technology in Education.
CLUB ACTIVITIES
The Department of the Faculty of "Information Technology and Computer Engineering" organized circles at the faculty in the specialty "Web programming", "Programming basics", "Technologies for creating electronic textbooks", "3d modeling", "Informatics", "Computer graphics". More than 200 gifted students are involved in the work of the circles, the members of the circles are engaged in scientific and creative activities in the relevant areas.
At the moment, the faculty has 2 departments: "Information Technology" and "Computer Engineering".
